Winter Lamb Stew

This is a really flavoursome and healthy dish, comprising of sweet organic lamb, veggies, brown rice and spices. A real winner in my family! It is a good source of B group vitamins including B12, Niacin, Riboflavin, B6 and Thiamin, Vitamin A, Potassium, Vitamin C, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Selenium. Each serve provides 1.5 serves of vegetables and 1/2 serve of protein. It’s also a good source of dietary fibre.

Serving size 180g – 1 – 2 meals depending how much baby eats.

Microwave: Remove meal from sleeve and film from tray. Use the defrost setting and enter weight. Reheat either in tray or microwave safe dish for approx. 2 minutes on HIGH at 1000W. Stir to prevent hot spots. Allow to cool and check temperature before serving.

Stove Top: Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, remove meal from tray and using a saucepan, reheat on low heat for approx. 3 minutes. Stir to prevent sticking and bring to boiling point. Allow to cool and check temperature before serving. Once thawed, refrigerate in a sealed container and use within 3 days. Cooking instructions are provided as a guide only as temperatures and microwaves may differ.
